Hi, I’m Sandi, a Portrait and Nature Photographer
Let’s get to know each other
One of my favorite ways to communicate is through photography. Words cannot express what a photograph can.
There is nothing like looking through photo albums and piles of pictures with your loved ones. Having access to a camera at an early age helped me grow and connect with my family, community, and surroundings. As much as rivers, mountains, and forests are a part of nature, so are humans. I want to show you how nature reflects in your eyes and then go deeper and evoke emotions straight from your spirit.

Fact 01
I’m Sandi
Northern Alberta is where I grew up. I am a member and resident of Sucker Creek First Nation. I love living close to the forests and Lesser Slave Lake. The area provides a beautiful backyard to play in.

Fact 02
Relationship with nature
Adventure and the natural world are two things I cherish. In my opinion, hiking, camping, and road trips are the best ways for us to re-establish a connection with the natural world.

Fact 03
Photography
While on a road trip with my aunt & uncle, I was given a camera and some rolls of film to photograph all our adventures in northern British Columbia for two weeks. I have been hooked ever since.
